These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of yogajill.shop and your purchases from YOGA JILL, LLC(“Yogajill,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, complete information when you purchase.

2. Products, pricing & currency

• All prices are listed and charged in USD (US dollars) only.
• We strive to display products, fiber content, and colors accurately, but screens vary and slight differences may occur.
• Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit or cancel quantities.
• Taxes and any import duties are calculated or assessed as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

3. Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers; card details are handled by PCI-compliant processors and not stored on our servers. Charges appear on your statement from the descriptor YOGAJILL APPAREL.

4. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges, including the final-sale rules for hygiene items, are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, and refunds by our Refund Policy. These policies are incorporated into these Terms.

5. Product use & material notice

Our stretch apparel contains spandex (elastane). If you have a known sensitivity to elastic fibers, test the fabric against your skin before extended wear. Follow the care instructions on each product page and label.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Yogajill name, logo, designs, prints, text, and images — is owned by YOGA JILL, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

We respect the intellectual property of others and do not sell counterfeit goods or unauthorized copies of any third-party brand. All of our designs are original. If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, contact us at support@yogajill.shop and we will respond promptly.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping, or using it for unlawful purposes.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties except those that cannot be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims court is the state or federal courts located in Florida, United States.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
